Anyone else scared to sneeze during a flare?

Every sneeze or cough feels like a gamble right now. How do you get through cold season with this?

Hang in there, you are really not alone. It gets more manageable once you find your combo of habits.

Same here. What helped me was exhaling gently through my mouth when I felt a sneeze or cough coming, instead of clenching and holding it in. It feels silly, but it kept the pressure down. It does not cause harm, and it gets less scary as things calm down.
